Anvita Builders Pvt. Ltd. is a leading construction company with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Founded as P.G. Constructions, the company initially focused on the construction of warehouses and factory buildings in Bellary district of Karnataka. In 1996, we undertook the construction of a power plant for Jindal Thermal Power Corporation Limited (JTPCL), completing a project of 1 lakh square feet area. This project helped us gain valuable experience in managing large-scale construction projects, and set the stage for our future success in the industry.

Over the years, Anvita Builders Pvt. Ltd. has grown to become a trusted name in the construction industry, with a strong track record of successfully completed projects. In the years between 1996-1998, we undertook construction works of warehouse, cattle feed factory, hatcheries building for the organization called Sandur Hatcheries Limited, completing projects of an area of 90,000 square feet, 60,000 square feet, and 22,000 square feet, respectively. During the years 1997-2000, we also constructed an automobile workshop for Sandur Polytechnic.

After the year 2000, Anvita Builders Pvt. Ltd. began its projects in Bangalore and then Kochi in Kerala, where we completed many residential and commercial projects. Founder

Mr. P.G ANIL KUMAR, Civil Engineer, has been in the real estate and construction business in Karnataka and Kerala since 1985. He has created his own industrial unit in the name of M/S.P.G CONSTRUCTIONS in 1988. Based at Sandur (Karnataka) for almost 30 years, apart from doing real estate, infrastructure development and civil construction as its normal business operation, he had taken up and executed a number of projects with giant companies in public as well as private sector undertakings like, M/s. National Mineral Development Corporation, M/s. Jindal Vijayanagara Steel Ltd. (JSW), Government Universities etc.,

During 2005, he had expanded his business operations to Bangalore and ventured in to Land development and building/Apartment constructions. During a short span of three years he had completed six multi-storied Apartment projects in collaboration with his associate companies. He was also been the Co-Director/Partner of the following companies based at Bangalore.

In connection with his business expansion, he had registered M/s. Anvita Builders Pvt Ltd incorporated under the companies Act at Kochi and come into existence on 09.02.2007 with following Projects.
